Ingredients

pumpkin 200 grams

mango 1/2 pcs. (if desired, you can do without it, or you can add some other hard fruit)
millet 1 measuring glass
fresh milk 4 measuring cups
butter (ghee) 1-2 tbsp. l for frying fruits
sugar 2-3 st. l.
salt 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Another option for porridge with pumpkin. But now I also added an apple and a slice of 1/2 mango.
  • Cut pumpkin, apple, mango into large pieces, fry in a pan in ghee. Add sugar to the fruit to make a caramel mixture.
