Yesterday it was the remnant of minced meat with spices and onions (from whitewash) fried mushrooms (chanterelles) lying around,

I switched on the "rice" program and fried the minced meat with the lid open, added mushrooms and fried a little more. She peeled the potatoes, cut them on the Berner and sprinkled them with the minced meat with mushrooms. I closed the lid and turned on the "rice" again.

It turned out to be a roast with mushrooms.
And today I decided to get rid of the lamb ribs.

So...

Pour some vegetable oil into a saucepan

Cut the onion into rings and fry in the "Rice" mode until a beautiful color

Add the tomatoes, cut into small pieces, and continue to fry for another 3 minutes.

Remove vegetables from saucepan.

Cut the lamb ribs, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with paprika (sweet red pepper) and fry on the "Rice" setting on one side. Turn over, add vegetables. Close the lid and turn on the "Beef" mode

After readiness, if there is a lot of fat, then you can add RICE to the ribs

PREPARATION

Smooth two cups of parboiled rice without stirring and add water to cover the rice by about 1-2 cm. Salt. Close the lid and turn on the "Rice" mode
