  • I made the chicken for the banquet like this:

  • I disassembled all 4 chickens for parts. I used the legs and breasts, left the wings and ridges alone.

  • Marinated poultry. Here I have garlic and basil. I love so much.

  • I laid the meat in layers, the sequence does not matter. And without any water, she turned on the saucepan for 20 minutes. The meat came out in its own juice. The bones are soft. Then this meat was used for salads.

  • The pressure cooker and MV give us a great opportunity to cook all products in our own juice or with a small amount of liquid.
