Cooking method

1. Soak beans / peas overnight;

6. Frying + smoked meats in a saucepan.
The time of points 4, 5, 6 depends on the device.
1. If it's a pressure cooker, then I put it on Soup every time. But during breaks, you need to relieve pressure and re-pressurize. Well, it's very dreary.
2. If it is a slow cooker, then item 4 at night, and in the morning items 5 and 6 when ready. It will turn out in general 16-18 hours.
3. If this is a slow cooker, then point 4 hours for 3-4, point 5 - for a couple of hours. Well, and already 6 - just to boil.
I must say right away that I do not calculate the time so as to be faster, but to make it more convenient. I'm 18 hours old - not long if you don't have to hang around in the kitchen. Well, like, the Hairpin is sleeping, the soup is being cooked ...
