Prepared pudding according to the author's recipe. I reread the pages and saw that I had not reported earlier. I started doing it yesterday and realized that the last time I tried half of the recipe from 250 grams. hearts, judging by the form in which it baked before.
I measured the semolina and filled it with water. Chopped hearts with raw onions and eggs (3 large ones) in a stationary blender bowl + added semolina with water there, beat a little more. I poured a 2 liter into my glass mold. I baked it yesterday at night, in the morning I decided to remove the sample and it seemed to me very tender, like a pate and with a pink inside, which confused me, put it in a micra for 10 minutes at 850 volts. and finished it. The pudding is thicker, but still soft and delicious. I looked at the photos of the girls who reported, they have a pink color in the photo, so that next time without a doubt.
