I added a little to the recipe - 1st grade flour, 330 grams of water. It turned out to be a very soft dough. There was no kolobok, it was smeared along the bottom. But the larks turned out to be very airy.
When kneading, I added ginger, cinnamon, star anise, lemon zest to the dough. Very fragrant!

Formulated like this:
dumped the dough on a table dusted with flour, stretched it out into a flat cake with my hands, twisted it into a "sausage". This sausage was divided into 8 pieces with a scraper / knife. Each part is pulled into a ball. I gave a little rest. The ball crushed with her hand in a babble, with her fingers she made the babble more. Twisted it into a "sausage", sealed the seam with the edge of the palm. Starting from the middle, she rolled the sausage into a long "sausage" with both hands. I tied this sausage in a knot.
