Lean squash soup with coconut milk and celery (+ video)

Ingredients

young zucchini 600 g
peeled potatoes 200 g
stalked celery 1 black
large carrots (small) 1 (2) pcs.
garlic 2 tooth.
coconut milk 250 ml
vegetable broth or water 1 l
turnip onion 1 PC.
sage optional 1-2 foxes.
chili flakes taste
ground black pepper taste
salt taste
dill bundle.
vegetable oil 2-3 st. l.

Cooking method

Chop all vegetables and celery at random.
Pour oil into a saucepan with a thick bottom. Add onions, garlic and carrots.
Fry until the onions are transparent.
Add potatoes and zucchini.
Pour in vegetable broth or water.
Let it boil. Salt.
Cover and cook until vegetables are tender.
Add spices, sage, chopped dill. Purée.
Pour in milk. Boil. Turn off. To cover with a lid.
Let stand for 10-15 minutes.
