Cooking method

In the evening she baked a biscuit. Beat the eggs with a mixer with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy, strong foam. Gradually added the pre-mixed dry ingredients, gently stirring with a spatula. Poured in butter and milk, also gently stirring until smooth. Baked in an oven preheated to 180 grams for 35 minutes. She took it out of the mold and cooled it on a grate until morning, under a plastic cap, not tightly covered. The biscuit is not dry!
In the morning I prepared a cream. Whipped cream cheese, cream and jam with a mixer. If you want a sweeter cream, you can add powdered sugar. I didn’t add.
Assembling the cake. I cut the biscuit with a string into 3 cakes. I soaked each cake with strawberry puree (I had frozen strawberry puree, I boiled it with sugar, I took some of it for soaking syrup soon after boiling, I cooked the rest longer, it turned out to be jam). Then I laid out a layer of cream, on top a layer of strawberries (small whole, cut a larger one).
Decorated the top of the cake with fresh strawberries, syringe cream, sprinkled the sides with grated chocolate using a spatula. I put it in the refrigerator for 7-8 hours.

I baked this cake for my husband's birthday. The recipe does not claim to be the author's, since it is composed of two recipes - a biscuit from Olga Shobutinskaya from YouTube, a cream from the site of the confectionery AlexMilana. Author's design.
The cake turned out to be very delicate, airy. The cream, in my opinion, could have been made a little thicker by reducing the cream or adding cheese. A cream based on fatty sour cream is also great, it will not lose in taste for sure.
I think that the option with raspberries will be no worse. This is my husband's favorite berry, but on his birthday it is just starting to ripen.
