Jelly Rainbow


Kiwi Jelly (90 g each) 2 packs
Jelly Cherry (90 g each) 2 packs
Instant gelatin 1 tbsp.
Sour cream (or cream) 2 glasses
Powdered sugar 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

Jelly Rainbow
1) We take 2 packs of jelly each (I took Lviv "Mriya") and prepare them in half water rate, cool.
2) We take 1 tbsp. l. gelatin and dissolve it in a little water.
3) Mix 2 cups of sour cream or cream with 3 tbsp. l. sah. powder, we divide into 3 parts.
1) Pour 2/3 of the red jelly into the mold, put in the refrigerator until it solidifies.
2) Mix the remaining 1/3 red jelly with 1/3 sour cream, pour over the frozen jelly, put in the cold.
3) Mix 1/3 of sour cream with gelatin, pour over the frozen jelly, put in the cold.
4) Mix 1/3 of sour cream with 1/3 of green jelly, pour over the frozen jelly, put in the cold.
5) Pour 2/3 of the green jelly over the frozen jelly, set in the cold.

When the jelly hardens well, dip it briefly in hot water and turn it over onto a dish.

The main thing is not to get confused in the assembly sequence, follow the steps carefully. And so nothing complicated!
It is not done quickly, because each layer must harden. It took about 1.5 hours to cook, froze in the freezer -18. The most important thing is not to forget it there!
It is very beautiful and VERY tasty !!!
You can take any jelly to your taste, but if you want a beautiful picture, then take bright colors.

Py. sy. It is better to take a cylindrical form for jelly, then the layers will be approximately the same thickness.

Svetta, Svetik, thanks for the delicious summer dessert. Made only 2 layers, sour cream and strawberry. Sooooo tasty and beautiful. I love any jelly, but here is an explosion of tastes.
