Ingredients

Kefir 1% 200 ml
Gelatin 1 tsp
Boiled water (cold) 50 ml
Filler * 3 tbsp. l.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l. **

Cooking method

  • Soak the gelatin in cold boiled water and leave to swell for 30 minutes, then melt it, I put it in the microwave for 30 seconds at a power of 750 W.
  • Mix kefir with sugar and melted gelatin. Pour into portioned molds and put in the refrigerator until completely solidified. I fill tins with lids, which are very easy to take with me to work as a snack
  • Kefir jelly
  • Put your favorite filler on the frozen jelly - I have mashed apricot with sugar and enjoy
  • Kefir jelly
