Homemade sandwich bread (+ video)

Ingredients

Opara
Flour 220g
Water 200ml
Fresh yeast 15g
Dough
Opara all
Flour 400g
Water 200ml
Sugar 40g
Salt 10g
Butter 40g

Cooking method

For dough, dilute the yeast in warm water, add flour and knead the dough. Cover with foil and remove for 1.5-2 hours for fermentation.
For the dough, dissolve sugar and salt in warm water, add flour and dough and knead the dough for 3-4 minutes. Then add soft butter and continue kneading for another 5-6 minutes.
Cover the dishes with plastic wrap and remove for 1.5-2 hours to ferment.
Shape the matched dough, cover with foil and allow to stand for about 1 hour.
Grease the matched bread with milk and bake in the oven preheated to 190-200 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool in the form.

Note

Delicious homemade white bread that tastes like Soviet cakes. I also bake it in almost the same shape.
