It turned out a wonderful "main" bread on the first program. There were no more problems with him. But whole grain flour is a nightmare! It didn't work out 7 times for sure. Have tried different recipes. They changed the flour. But so far not crowned with success! It seems to rise, everything is beautiful, but in the end - the roof collapses and bread does not work. Share your advice, dear craftsmen! Yeast saf moment. Whole-grain flour "French thing" and rye "makfa" from "taste of villas" We follow the recipe, but unfortunately there is no result yet. Maybe you have encountered this problem and can you help us?

What program did you bake on? Whole Grain or Diet? It is very likely that the bread stops growing. Try either pouring cold liquid or reducing yeast.
