Cooking method

Cut meat from chicken breasts. Cut the fillets into ribbons 2-3 cm. Break the egg into a small saucepan, add spices and salt. Pass the garlic through a press, rub the sides of the saucepan with it and add to the egg. Mix everything with a fork is the marinade. You can take more garlic, it's a matter of taste. We immerse the chicken pieces in the marinade, mix everything and leave for several hours in the refrigerator, preferably overnight.
Heat some oil in a skillet. roll the slices in flour and fry for just a couple of minutes on each side. The chicken is ready very quickly, the main thing is not to dry it out. The breading turned pink - the chicken is ready.

This recipe was brought to us by Daddy's sister Aunt Raya in the mid-90s, he still has not bothered. The chicken is very juicy. I use a paper napkin to remove excess flour and oil from the pan between batches. The recipe captivates me with its simplicity - you don't need to beat anything, try to get even pieces of fillet, the main thing is not to overdry and not make large pieces.
