Quince baked in sour cream sauce (+ video)

Ingredients

Quince 3 pcs
Peel from one orange
Sugar 1 stack.
Sour cream 250g
Flour 1h l.
Egg 2 pcs
Vanilla sugar taste

Cooking method

Finely chop the orange peel and place in the freezer overnight to remove the bitterness. Cover with sugar and water and cook until soft.
Peel the quince and cut into pieces. Cover with water and boil until soft. Drain the water.
For the sauce, mix egg, sugar, flour, vanilla, sour cream in a bowl.
Put the quince and candied fruits in a mold, pour over the sour cream filling and bake in the oven 180 degrees until golden brown, about 40 minutes.
Serve cold in the same form. Can be done immediately in portioned molds.
