Ingredients

Chicken drumsticks (tray) 7-8 pcs
Apples 6-10 pcs
Prunes 6-10 pcs
Sour cream, fermented baked milk, yogurt, homemade yogurt, yogurt 300-400 g
Salt, spices, oil for greasing a bowl or cauldron

So grab the pot! For me, this is always a multicooker. We will be using the Baking program, so it doesn't matter what it is: a regular or a multi-cooker-pressure cooker. If you don't have a magic saucepan, you can safely use an ordinary thick-walled cauldron.
Grease a bowl or cauldron with vegetable oil. Lay out the chicken drumsticks.

Cut the apples into slices. I like the taste of the apples themselves in this dish, so I put more of them than meat, so that later I don't fight and listen to my daughter's whining that my mother has again eaten the most delicious.
We do the same with prunes: whoever likes as much or how much is in the locker.
Top with sour cream, fermented baked milk, yogurt. Something not very sour (not 1% kefir). 300-400 grams will be enough. I just added the leftovers I found in the refrigerator.

Add salt, spices and stir with a silicone spatula. Do not add water!
Baking program, I have 50 minutes. If cooking in a cauldron, just put on medium heat, as it warms up, reduce heat and simmer for about an hour.

I figured out the calculation of the calorie content of the dish. It turned out 150 kcal per 100 g of raw food. As recommended, we add 20%, for a total of 180 kcal per 100 g of the finished dish. I took into account 20% sour cream, if you reduce the fat content of sour cream, add a lighter sour milk, the dish will become even lighter. Also, many simply do not eat the skin.
I will say in advance that there was no goal to make a super dietary dish. It's just that now we cook as simple as possible, not very high-calorie food. And it is imperative that it was tasty and simple!

Garnish with rice. Apples could have been added, but no one wanted to go to the store. Very convenient, ordinary dish, especially if you put frozen chicken parts.
