Chocolate biscuit.

Put on the butterfly attachment
7 eggs
200g sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar - beat 15min / 50 ° С / sk. 4
Further 5 min / sk. 4 without heating.

Sifted together into a separate bowl:
250g flour
4st. l cocoa (I got it with a small slide)
1.5 tsp. baking powder.
Add the dry mixture to the egg mass, turn on for 30 sec / sc. 3
Then, with a spatula, I shook off the remaining flour and cocoa from the edge and turned it on for another 5 seconds.

Baking oven in a split form D26cm, at a temperature of 180 ° С for 40 minutes in convection mode.
I put baking paper on the bottom, greased with oil. I never smear the edges of the form.
At the end of the time, it is still better to check the readiness of the biscuit with a dry wooden stick.

I must say that I have never made it easier than this biscuit!
Although I have had TM for several years, I did not risk it, because I did not know how to make biscuit dough in the thermomix, although I do any other only in it.
I took out my small Boshik, beat the whites separately, separately the yolks, be sure to wash the bowl well, etc.
Today Boshik remained in the locker)

Modifying a little, I got a result that I was very pleased with.
Now I will wrap the completely cooled sponge cake in plastic wrap and put the condensed milk for cream in TM to cook.
And tomorrow I'll pick the birthday cake.

PS: because of the backlight, the biscuit for some reason does not look chocolate, in fact it is more brown.
