2 onions

1 medium carrot

2 medium beets

3 large potatoes

250 gr cabbage

2 cloves of garlic

1 large bell pepper

2 tomatoes

40 gr. oils

1 liter of water or broth

greens, bay leaves

Grind tomatoes and peppers on a sk. 3 - 5 and lay out.

> Chop the cabbage on a sk. 2.5 - 3. Lay out.

> Chop the beets. Sc. 4. Lay out.

> Cut onions and carrots into 4 pieces and sauté.

5 min / 100C / Sp. one.

> Grind. Sc. 4 / 15sec.

> Add beets 3 min / 100C / Sp. one.

> Add boiling water (1 L), cabbage, potatoes.

12 - 15 min / 100C / Sp. one.

> Add tomatoes, peppers, bay leaves and spices

to taste 2 min / 100C / Sk. one.

> Place in a bowl, add chopped dill and garlic.

Fast way: chop garlic, onion,

carrots, beets. 5 min / 100C / Sp. 1. Add the rest

ingredients and cook 12 - 15 min / 100C / Sk. one.
