hard cheese (Russian, for example) 50gr
self-rising flour 75gr
cold butter 50gr
yolk 1 PC

Cooking method

Grate cheese and add to a bowl.
Add flour, butter and grind until finely crumbled. Pour in the yolk and stir into a firm dough.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5mm.
Cut into 14 long strips 1cm wide
Gently coil each strip and transfer to a baking sheet.
Baked in a Rawmid Air Fryer in the Cookies mode. Cookies are cooked in this mode quickly, and at the same time they are not overdried. If you grate the cheese on a fine grater, the spirals are smoother, less textured.

Can you take ordinary flour? Or will this effect not be?
Kate, if ordinary flour, you need to add baking powder. For 1 tbsp of flour 1 tsp. baking powder and a little salt I add. Usually on a bag of baking powder it is written how much flour it is designed for.
