Dill 1 tbsp. l.
Chicken egg (hard boiled) 4 things
Canned green peas 4 tbsp. l.
Raw smoked sausage (70 g for salad + 30 g for decoration) 100 g
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp. l.
Salt taste
Black pepper taste

This salad was once prepared in the chic restaurant of the same name in Chernivtsi. True, I cheated a little by cooking it with Peking cabbage, but ... where can I get young, that is, early cabbage now ?! Dniester salad is a great alternative to the popular Olivier, but it is much lighter in all respects! So, cut the cabbage into thin strips (I don't even know if the word chop is applied to this variety). We also cut the 70 g sausage into thin strips (make decorations from 30 g), grate the hard-boiled eggs on a coarse grater, if you serve in the first way, save 1 yolk, and if in the second, then make curly decorations.

Add sausage, onion, dill, peas and eggs to the cabbage, season with salt and pepper (taking into account the salinity of the mayonnaise), add the mayonnaise and mix.

There are several ways to serve salad. Just put it in a salad bowl, I like the serving, when the salad is tightly placed in a culinary ring, which we set on a green salad leaf. Sprinkle with finely grated yolk on top, garnish with figured chopped egg, peas and herbs.

You can also overlap the leaves of Peking cabbage, put a salad on them, cover with a cabbage leaf on top. Decorate with figuratively chopped eggs, peas, sausage roses, cherry tomatoes and green onions. tie the bottom with a ribbon.
