Ingredients

Turkey fillet, thigh 800 g
Rice (I have long grain) 3/4 cup
Pepper 12 pcs
Salt 1 teaspoon
Tomatoes in their own juice 1/2 cup
Sour cream 2 tablespoons
Oil (I have grape seed oil) 2 dining rooms
Spices (pepper, Italian, thyme) Taste
Sun-dried tomatoes (option) Handful
Greens Taste

Cooking method

  • Remove the pepper from the freezer and leave at room temperature.
    Pour rice with water, salt, bring to a boil, simmer for 3 minutes, cover and turn off.
    Cooking minced meat in a Ninja blender, first on the Pulse program for 5-6 seconds, then on the Low program.
    We lay the meat together with salt and seasonings.
    I wait for the rice to cool down, then I mix it with minced meat and stuff the pepper.

    Pour two tablespoons of oil into the bottom of the saucepan, add the stuffed peppers, pour over the tomato sauce and add sour cream. I put sun-dried tomatoes (optional) on top and sprinkled with herbs.
    We turn on the Pressure Low mode for 20 minutes (a lot, you need to reduce it to 10-15 minutes), running lines appear on the pan display: the pan has started to cook (I thought it was warming up), forty minutes have passed, during this time there is a slight pressure release and aromas appear. After 40 minutes, a timer turned on for 20 minutes with a countdown and the pan turned off. I relieved the pressure, it took about five minutes, because the auto heating immediately turned on and time went on.
    The dish is ready, very tasty, the rice is not boiled into rubbish, sun-dried tomatoes added piquancy and pungency, spicy herbs - aroma.
