Ingredients

Cooking method

I really liked the salad !!! Not at all like the usual salads. There are two secrets in it - this is butter and pickles. You need to fry the onion only in butter, there is very little of it. And the cucumbers are salted (barrel). If the skin on them is rough, then it is better to peel the cucumbers.
The tongue should be cooked very softly, as a little overcooked, then it absorbs the mayonnaise and onion flavor well.
If desired, the rate of food can be increased and the layers made a little thicker.

My husband really liked the salad, said "real masculine taste."
