Hello everyone! Today my husband wanted eclairs. What did not fit in the oven, I sent it to the pan. She put baking paper on the wire rack. Bake / Roast mode, T-180 degrees, 10 minutes, T-160 degrees, 10 minutes. The top and sides are well browned, and the bottom is pale. I had to turn it over, the temperature increased to 190, 3 minutes.
Of course, eclairs need to be baked in the oven, but this option is fine too. From the saucepan, the tea leaves are drier.

For comparison: on the left is the oven, on the right is Foody.

In Fudik, it is better to place pastries in a preheated crispy basket. Then the bottom is browned.

On Amazon, I saw a Foody grill rack. It would be for baking. But darling, damn it. 25 bucks

Irina S, I did not dare to eclair dough into a perforated basket, so I squeezed it out onto baking paper. Although, such was the thought

A disposable aluminum tray can be adapted. Of course, eclairs are not for Foody, unless they fit in the oven.
