Here are my buns. The molding is cool, I take it forever. Half of the portion made 8 pieces. I screwed up a little, put flour at the upper rate, forgot that now dry flour plus raisins, which also absorbed liquids. So the dough turned out to be completely non-sticky to the hands, and the buns are not as airy as in your photo. But, damn it, delicious! At the moment, my son left 2 orphans for tomorrow, and the rest he dragged off his girlfriend to treat.
