My beloved Mixer Zepter MixSy VG-022-K, which has served faithfully for more than 20 years (bought back in 1998), is coming to an end. Considering that for such a long time I managed to acquire all sorts of helpers in the kitchen, the device is needed only for mayonnaise. I don’t want to overpay for extra attachments, but this is not the main thing, it’s trite nowhere to put all this. All rarely used things have left for the dacha what was bought in a fit, after reading the reviews of praise, mainly here I tried to do it in a chopper with a knife, not that. There is a disc for the cream in a large combine, it turns out mayonnaise with it, but I don't need a liter of mayonnaise. For the same reason, a jug blender is also not an option. I understand that a lot depends on the hands, not on the device. Dear ones are immediately excluded. Zceptor's power is generally ridiculous, but he did everything with a bang! So it's not about kWh. The takeoff run is great, the speeds are not always indicated correctly.

If there is such a temka, please poke your nose, and this one for removal.

I use the simplest cheap hand blender for mayonnaise. I use a 500-700 gram jar, at the end I close it with my own lid.

Uh-huh. Brown just doesn't beat me. Not that I'm a fan of hand-made mayonnaise, but sometimes I need to. There is an ordinary blender, small grinders, here is a submersible Brown, and whipped only with a hand mixer. It’s just a whisk, but that’s a pipe: not my method.

I now have a cheap blender Polaris PHB 0528, with all the giblets (there is also a whisk and a chopper included in the kit) cost 990 rubles. Mayonnaise whips perfectly, I do it right in a jar under a screw cap. Actually, this nozzle is no good for anything else - the knives in the "leg" are dull, it is not realistic to purée anything (
But the grinder works well - nuts, meat for minced meat, etc., grinds everything.
I have already worked for a year and a half, which is just great for such a price.

PS: I recently watched a video by Vasily Emelianenko about homemade mayonnaise. First, he tried to beat in a classic blender, from two eggs. As expected: mustard, vinegar, salt, oil - slowly. It didn't work out. Then he took a hand blender and a narrow vessel. One egg, all the ingredients again - bummer again. Then he brought in a hand mixer and in a bowl (!) With a new egg and everything else, everything whipped up. Then he added to this whipped one, whipping, slowly added that white slurry from two failed attempts - and a miracle! - turned out to be a mountain of mayonnaise in the same bowl. I thought - our man!

It is impossible to add a photo, model BOSCH MSM 26130 or BOSCH MSM 2413 V. I have not seen reviews of these models here.

For mayonnaise, it is better to use a hand mixer with whisk. I can't do it with my foot either, with the corollas instantly.

By the way, yesterday I bought a hand mixer on Amazon, I need it in Israel (how bad it is here with the equipment (((, I ordered the type of the already existing Bork, which is ironed, but the price is three times cheaper than it). Very convenient and store nozzles compactly.

It’s not clear to me why the protein doesn’t suit me, the most harmless and least harmful component of the whole composition, and mayonnaise always works with it (I suspect that even without the yolk it will work out great).
It's also good, instead of vinegar, lemon juice or sour orange / tangerine, so that the mayonnaise is not too thick, otherwise some are then also diluted with water. And with citrus juice, mayonnaise is stored for a rather long time, up to two weeks.

NataliaThese Boshiki are not worth 10 bucks. I, too, cannot make a choice, but I know for sure that I need a blender for mayonnaise and in order to beat mashed potatoes right in the multicooker bowl and a whisk in the kit I would like to have 1-2 eggs to beat quickly. But do you need a mini leg, the standard one will also beat mayonnaise into one egg?
