Whole Wheat Whey Bread

Ingredients

serum 300 grams
whole wheat flour 240-250 grams
dry yeast 1 teaspoon
salt 1 teaspoon
sugar 1 teaspoon

Cooking method

  • This recipe is taken as a basis.

  • Pour flour with yeast, salt and sugar into warm whey, stir.
  • The dough is like very thick sour cream.
  • We shift, in a form greased with vegetable oil.
  • I have a silicone one from a fixed price list.
  • If the dish is metal, put a piece of baking paper on the bottom and brush with vegetable oil.
  • We close the form with the dough with a foil or put on a bag.
  • We put it in the refrigerator for 12-14 hours.
  • I do it in the evening, bake it in the morning.
  • We take the form out of the refrigerator and leave it for 1 hour, let the dough warm up.
  • We put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  • We check the readiness with a stick.
  • Take it straight out of the mold and cool it on a wire rack or towel.
