Depending on the volume, this can be 5-10 minutes. In a multicooker, I use the "steaming" mode.
  • Drain the water, add vegetable oil, seasoning. It is called differently: a light, a spark, adjika, gorlodar and so on. You can also use the store. The main thing is that it is sharp. And how much you decide to add yourself, based on your tastes and the pungency of your particular seasoning. I recommend adding more oil and then, excess, use for watering potatoes or any other dish. And now, after everything has been added, you just have to fry to the desired condition, it is for you. I don't like frying too much, but some people also like overcooked arrows. We drain off the excess oil, let it cool, but you can use warm ones and put them in a salad bowl.

Note

I have been preparing this salad for many years and am ready to eat it in one person and not share it with anyone. I always regret that the arrows are few and they quickly ended. And if I find, after some time, a missed arrow in the garden, then I am even more distressed.
