Spelled and rice flour bread with pine nuts and fried onions

Ingredients

Dry instant yeast 1 tsp
Spelled flour 320 g
Rice flour 80 g
Sugar 1.5 tsp
Salt 1.25 tsp
Oil 5 g
Water 260 ml
Pine nuts 40 g
Fried onion 3 tbsp. spoons

Cooking method

  • The recipe from the instructions for the European version of the Panasonic SD-2511 bread machine.
  • I put all the ingredients in the order they appear in the recipe. Add nuts and onions to the dispenser.
  • The bread turns out to be quite tall, very fragrant, the crumb is slightly moist due to the onions (be careful, you don't need extra water). Nuts should not be neglected, they are well felt in bread and greatly enrich the taste.

Specialty Raisin (basic stuffed / raisin)

Note

There is a special program for this bread in my bread maker (4.5 hours, taking into account half an hour to equalize the temperature), but it seems to me that in the main mode and with wheat flour instead of spelled, everything should also work out well.
