Ingredients

soft cottage cheese (fat-free) 50 grams
water 190 gram
egg c-0 1 piece
odorless vegetable oil 50 grams
whole wheat flour 1 glass + ~ 2 glasses
dry yeast 7 grams
sugar 1 teaspoon
salt 3/4 teaspoon
grease milk
sesame seeds for sprinkling optional

Cooking method

  • You don't have to bother and just take 250 ml of low-fat milk.
  • But taking into account the fact that milk has a high insulin index, we will use a mixture of water and cottage cheese.

I baked some bread! Air turned out. Soft, lace. Timka was the first to "condemn" 2 pieces. Liked. I added 1 tbsp of 1st grade flour (I really wanted a whiter bread, and my CP flour is too dark).
