  • We put a pot of vegetable broth on the stove, if there is no broth, then put the existing vegetables, onions, carrots, celery in a pot of water. I put in a tablespoon of vegetable paste and turned on the stove.

  • Put butter and flour in a saucepan, put it on the stove and stir the melting butter with flour, then add milk little by little, mix well until smooth. The sauce turns out to be very thick, we begin to slowly add our broth, bring the sauce to the desired thickness, I brought it to the state of sour cream. Now we salt, carefully, the broth was salty, we try, add pepper and nutmeg. The sauce is ready
