Ingredients

Chicken fillet 700-800 grams
Sour cream 3-4 tbsp. l.
Granular mustard 1 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce 1 tbsp. l.
Spices of your choice, if you like.
Butter 20-30 gr.
Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. l ..
Wheat flour 1 tbsp. l. with a slide
Mushrooms, I have canned champignons 1 can
Grated cheese for sprinkling how much it is not a pity.

Cooking method

  • Everything is simple and quick, relatively of course, if the chicken is marinated in advance :)))!
  • So...
  • Wash the curofile, cut into medium pieces, I have one chicken breast cut into 3-4 parts.
  • Because of laziness, again, put everything in a bag, add sour cream, mustard (you need grain, I only take it from Kamis, in my opinion it is the most delicious of those that are available), and soy sauce.

  • Tie the bag and shake well, do not tear the bag carefully !!!
  • Place the chicken in a bag in a suitable container and refrigerate it for at least 2-4 hours, preferably overnight.
  • Put the oven on preheat, temperature 180 *.
  • Melt butter in a frying pan, add vegetable oil, put flour and fry well, as we do when we cook Julienne.

  • Then there are mushrooms, ideally, of course, forest ones, but where to get them.
  • We warm up for just a couple of minutes.

  • We take the chicken out of the refrigerator and add everything (along with the marinade) to the pan to the mushrooms. I just squeeze all the marinade out of the bag.

  • Remove from heat, mix everything well, sprinkle with cheese and send to a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.

The recipe for preparing mustard.

This is regular mustard. If you cook granulated, then add mustard seeds along with all the ingredients, they are fun to bite into your teeth! Putting is also to taste and availability. I put a 50 g bag. But it will not look like Camis, just ordinary mustard interspersed with mustard seeds. And Kamis are grains in some brine marinade.
