Dear bakers, good morning!
I choose a bread maker. It seems that I have already made my choice, but there are a couple of ambiguities that I really want to clarify. If anyone can help, I would be very grateful.
What you want from HP: a budget model (no more than 7000 rubles), reliable, and to knead rye bread.

Somewhere I read that HP with low power will not cope with kneading rye dough, and I chose Mystery MBM 1210 with a power of 710 W, and they even delivered it to me, but it turned out that the baking dish in HP is set slightly obliquely when viewed from above ... That is, when baking, 2 corners of the bread, which are farther from the shade, will be underbaked, and the other 2, vice versa. I thought so. In short, I handed over my purchase yesterday without testing it. Now I choose again

Question one: am I right? Or a slight non-parallelism of the form in relation to ten does not threaten anything special and in vain I find fault?

Question two: is this power really needed for kneading rye dough? I saw many models with a power of 550 and 600 W, with programs for baking rye bread. Does it really work or does it depend on the brand?

The power in the passport is the power of the heating element, not the engine, in principle, it does not affect anything. Optional separate topic https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...ption=com_smf&board=595.0

sazalexter, Alexander, thanks for the information. It didn’t occur to me, I’m talking about power.
And about a separate topic for choosing a bread machine - so my temka is already in it. Or has it been moved already? I'm wandering in the forum ...
