Cooking method

Then you can hold it for another 2-3 minutes, but I was afraid that the bottom would burn and turned it upside down with a small silicone spatula and held it for another 3-4 minutes. Then she pierced it with a toothpick. The released juice was clear, so everything is ready and can be taken out.
  • I got 10 pieces out of this portion.
  • Before each bookmark, I smeared it with vegetable oil.
  • Serve cutlets with fresh or stewed vegetables.
  • I have a light salad of celery stalks, fresh cucumber and apple. Seasoned with natural yogurt.
