Ice cream creme brulee

Ingredients

Cream 10% 500 ml
boiled condensed milk 1 b.
milk 3.5% 100 ml.
corn starch 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • 1 tbsp. l. stir starch in 2 tbsp. l. cold milk. Bring the rest of the milk to a boil, in a thin stream, stirring constantly, pour in the milk with starch, boil for 2-3 minutes without forgetting to stir. Cool it down.
  • Beat boiled condensed milk with 100 ml. cream, then gradually pour in the rest of the cream and milk "jelly", mix until smooth, pour into a working ice cream maker for 25 minutes. Then we lay out the mass in containers and send it to the freezer for a day, then it can be served to the table.

Note

Ice cream every other day is very similar to store-bought creme brulee, it does not melt quickly and leaves a pleasant caramel aftertaste in the mouth.
