agar 1 rounded tablespoon
sugar or sweetener taste
vanillin, fresh or dried zest taste

Cooking method

  • Mix cottage cheese and fermented baked milk (yogurt).
  • Punch with a blender until smooth.
  • Add vanillin or zest to taste.
  • Pour dry !!! agar powder. Mix well.
  • Put in a mold or portion molds. Better silicone.

I baked in silicone molds at 200 °, but the curd warmed up and tried to escape. The curd was not correct. The temperature was reduced to 170 °, later to 120 °. Withstood 25 minutes.
Now it cools down in molds.
