Macha, and there is no mashed potatoes.
And this is valuable to me.
Where I live, apples are imported, and the Semerinko variety is more expensive than others, so I'm looking for options - either from other fruits (guayava, pineapple, passion fruit and other exotics, then pectin is needed, but not). And the jelly heaps here. Doctor Otker, the price is twice cheaper than Semirinka apples.
This recipe is tempting for me.
Tell me, how much faster does this version freeze than the classic apple cider?
And another question - how much of this portion? I have a small Boshevsky harvester and a portion of marshmallow for 250 g of mashed potatoes and 600 sugar right next to it - yes, I already strives to crawl towards the end ...

Macha, everything depends on humidity. Individually.

haven't done it for a long time. I don't remember the volume. But clearly less than the classic.

My husband and I have already rushed to the supermarket and bought jelly - peach, strawberry and pineapple.
It is interesting that here (taking into account large families, probably) the jelly is unpacked in 170 g each (2 bags of 85 g each). Beneficial, however. It turns out that one package is 3 times.

Yeah, almost the same - apricot, strawberry and black currant. Tomorrow I hope to do it - the child has left before Tuesday, and he is the main eater. The only thing is 50g packs of jelly, I think that 5g can not be sprinkled, probably

Oh, the opposite option from mine)))

We have 90 grams of jelly.

Almost half of ours, Angel. Yes, we all have everything in different ways, oddly enough for cooking

I have a jelly from a Portuguese manufacturer. And here is what is written about the preparation: 1) pour the package (85 grams) with boiling water - 250 ml. Stir well.
2) Add another 250 ml of cold water and pour into molds.
It's somehow strange and unusual, it seems to me ... But I didn't cook ready-made jelly either ...
It turns out 85 g per half liter of water - this is how this jelly is prepared. And if I take 45 grams of dry mixture according to this recipe, there will be no little water according to this recipe ...
Here in thought - isn't the concentration too high there?
Tell me what you think on this issue and how you would act in my place ...

Macha, think nothing) My 90 grams per 400 ml.

Yeah, so it's the same ... Soothes.

I made it!
Thank you Angela for posting the recipe.
Everything worked out well. Have eaten already, and two days have not passed.
They ate at the same time with apple, classic on agar.
So we compared. On jelly + agar is denser, there is, of course, the taste (I had strawberry jelly) somewhat artificial. But it will depend on the jelly, although the concentration of jelly powder in marshmallows is decent.
One of these days I'll make it with peach and pineapple jelly ... Let's see.
Personally, I liked the structure.
Thanks again.
I will add - I don’t know from anyone how, but in my case, neither flavors, nor dyes would definitely not be required. The marshmallow got its soft pink color and aroma exclusively from jelly.

Macha, that's great. I'm glad it worked out. Thanks for the detailed report)
