Carrot salad with mustard yogurt dressing

Ingredients

carrots (raw) 250 g
corn (canned) 150 g
eggs (boiled) 2 pcs.
cheese (hard varieties) 80 g
garlic 1-2 cloves
yogurt 1.5% (no additives) 2 tbsp. l.
mustard 1 tsp
salt of necessity

Cooking method

  • The salad is very simple, but very tasty, tender and light. It is eaten instantly.
  • Grate carrots on a fine grater (so it will be softer), cheese can be grated on medium, finely chop the eggs.
  • Mix everything in a bowl. Squeeze out the garlic, season with yogurt mixed with mustard. Taste for salt. In principle, you do not need to add it, since the cheese is salty, but if necessary, add salt.
