Honey-melon-nut cocktail based on fermented baked milk

Ingredients

Ryazhenka 150-200 ml
Honey to taste or 1-2 tbsp. l
Melon pulp to taste, 50-100 gr
Walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds to taste, 20-30 gr.

Cooking method

  • Put pieces of melon and chopped nuts in a blender glass, scroll for half a minute, pour fermented baked milk and add honey.

250-300 ml

Note

Nothing complicated, everything is very simple and fast. Nuts can be broken in any device to such a crumb that you want, the smaller, the brighter the nutty taste. Vary the proportions depending on your desire, like nutty - more nuts, melon - then add more melon. I added just a little honey because of its usefulness and to enhance the taste of fermented baked milk, but not to interrupt it.
