Pastila with unripe plum with chocolate (infrared dehydrator L'equip IR-D5)

Ingredients

Unripe plum 2,500 g
Chocolate 70% cocoa 100 g
Sugar 2 tbsp.

Cooking method

  • Put the plum in a pressure cooker and cook for 15 minutes, with the addition of a small amount of water. Drain the resulting juice, but do not pour it out. Select seeds from mashed potatoes. Punch with a blender. The puree will be thick. Add the juice left after boiling the plums to the puree to the consistency you need. Put the pan on fire. Add two glasses of sugar and a bar of chocolate. Boil until granulated sugar and chocolate are completely dissolved.
  • Prepare the trays, cover them with baking paper. Pour the mixture into pallets and put in the dryer at 65 degrees for 6 hours. Sun mode

Adjust sugar to your liking. Chocolate too. This pastille can be made in any dryer. It turned out to be a very tasty and rich candy to taste.

Sugar with pectin 1 cup, and 1 cup regular. I always add sugar with pectin to such marshmallow. I think it dries faster and turns out to be more plastic. I didn’t write sugar with pectin in the recipe, because I’m not sure whether it is in Russia or not.

I mixed a glass of sugar with pectin for marshmallow, I didn't put the second glass, it tasted enough for me already. The "Babaevsky" chocolate is branded. The pastille turned out to be as tasty as the "Plum in chocolate" candy. My all liked it so much that yesterday I immediately bought 4 bars of chocolate, right now I'll run for a plum. I will only increase the proportions. It turned out marshmallows for 6 pallets, (they have already eaten everything) it is necessary to increase it to 9 pallets, I do it in a grasswalk.
