Potatoes in foil with sour cream sauce (slow cooker)

Ingredients

Potatoes 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil 0.5 tbsp. l
Sour cream sauce:
Soft fat-free cottage cheese 150 g
Cream-fresh 100 g
Garlic 1 clove
Chives 1 tbsp. l
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Wash and dry the potatoes. Do not clean. Slice the potatoes lengthways without cutting to the end. Lubricate the cuts with oil. Wrap in foil, place in a ceramic bowl, close the lid and bake.
  • LOW mode - 8 hours.
  • Prepare sour cream sauce.
  • Stir the cottage cheese, crème fraiche, add the garlic and salt, grated in a mortar until a delicate paste, punch through with a blender. Add chopped chives.

Note

The potatoes were ready in 4 hours. Sour cream sauce was made according to the recipe.

We prepare a similar sauce, but for cucumbers;)
Fromage blo + a little cream fresh + salt, pepper + sibulet onion (aka chives and chives). The sauce is thinner than with cottage cheese.

The baked taste is not quite familiar, as if in its own juice, it has a richer taste and differs from boiled and fried ones.
Liked it, good breakfast with a delayed start.
