Vegetable milk, from hazelnuts, in a blender-soup cooker Endever SkyLine BS-90

Ingredients

* Hazelnut 100 g
* Water (boiling water, into a blender) 900 ml.
* Salt 0.25 tsp
* Sakh / deputy 3 pills (or sugar to taste)

Cooking method

  • Sort the nuts, rinse. Soak in cold water for 5 hours.
  • Rinse the nuts again. Put them in the BS filter, installed with the soy side down. Pour salt and sugar / deputy there. Pour in boiling water. On the P4 program, work the nuts in two cycles. Drain the prepared milk into a jar. I also squeeze the cake additionally and then dispose of it (options - baked goods, casseroles, sauces, soups)

Note

If there is sediment, in the form of such fractions as in my photo, then the milk can be additionally filtered. This precipitate does not bother me, so I do not carry out filtration.
