Light curd-yoghurt soufflé with blueberries

Ingredients

soft cottage cheese 250 grams
natural yoghurt 250 grams
eggs s-1 2 pieces
fresh blueberries 100g
sugar or sweetener taste
salt on the tip of a knife

Cooking method

  • You can prepare a more dietary option, for those who look after themselves or for those who allow themselves everything.
  • 1. Mix low-fat soft cottage cheese, low-fat natural yogurt, yolks. Stir, add sahzam to taste.
  • Put, washed and dried, blueberries, mix gently with a spoon.
  • Whisk the egg whites and salt into a strong foam. Insert carefully into the bulk, taking care not to damage the berries.
  • Fill the baking dish with the prepared mixture to 2/3 of the volume.
  • Place all filled molds in a deep frying pan or a large dish, pour in the pan water, not reaching the edge of the molds by 1 cm.
  • Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 70-80 minutes.
  • Disconnect, leave in the oven until it cools completely.
  • Then take the cooled molds out of the oven and refrigerate for at least a couple of hours.
  • 2. Mix fatty soft cottage cheese, yogurt and yolks.
  • Put, washed and dried, blueberries, mix gently.
  • Beat the whites with sugar and salt into a strong foam, carefully add to the bulk.
  • Divide into tins and bake as described above.
