Schiacciatina di zucchini

Ingredients

Flour psh. 200 g
Zucchini (or young zucchini) 350 g
Olive oil 50 g
Parmesan grated 50 g
Water 350 ml
Dry basil, oregano, rosemary, provencal herbs by a pinch
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Mix flour, water, butter, spices and cheese (leaving a little for sprinkling) to knead the batter
  • Schiacciatina di zucchini
  • Add steamed zucchini or zucchini to it
  • Schiacciatina di zucchini
  • Spread the mixture on the baking sheet:

  • And bake at 180about 40-45 minutes. Scatter the cheese over the surface five to ten minutes before the end. Cut the flatbread into portions and serve warm, although cooled down is also good.
