Cooking method

  • We take out the fish, drain the water with lavrushka and add: 3 cloves of garlic through a press, 1/2 large onion cut into half rings and mash (hello tears), crush 5 allspice peas, a little black pepper and paprika, or a mixture of peppers, 2 tablespoons 6 % vinegar (I have apple cider) and a little vegetable oil, mix everything, the smell will be super, under the press and in the refrigerator, for about 5 hours. If you do not put some of the spices or replace it to your taste, I think it will not be scary, garlic rules here , onions and vinegar.
  • The fish turns out to be very tasty, you can't pull off even onions by the ears. For a long time we do not stale.
