I suppose that it will definitely last five days, or even a week.
  • You can, of course, bake right away, and not stand the dough in the refrigerator, but then it is no longer a "quick" pizza, but just a delicious pizza!
  • From the specified number of ingredients, six pizzas in Tortilla are obtained.
  • I take a piece of dough, weighing about 150-190g, stretch it a little with my fingers into a pancake, put it in Tortilla. If the dough is out of the refrigerator, then we immediately form and bake, do not wait until it comes up.
  • It is not necessary to stretch it over the entire surface of the frying pan, for example, for me, the dough constantly shrinks and does not want to keep the shape given to it.
  • Top - mayonnaise and tomato paste. Spread over the entire surface of the pizza. The main thing is that the tomato paste gets on the edges, then they turn out to be rosy and very elegant.
  • Cut one hunting sausage into slices, put on the pizza, greens and green onions on top.

Pizza filling can of course be made from anything that is at hand. Sausages can be replaced with pieces of smoked or boiled chicken, sausages, boiled or smoked sausage, boiled pork, ham. Add ketchup and tomato sauce instead of tomato paste. Take another cheese. I like suluguni because it stretches, but not as expensive as mozzarella. You can add chopped tomatoes, bell peppers, pickled cucumber.

The pizza turns out to be not very big, we cut it in half and you can eat for two at once, and in the meantime the second pizza is baked. This is exactly what I do. Two pizzas for two are just enough for dinner!
