Ingredients

Pork neck 1 kg
Onion 1 g
Salt 2/3 tsp
Condiments (rosemary, dill, turmeric) taste

Cooking method

  • I made a neck in 2 versions, stuffed it and just rubbed it. In both cases, the result is excellent.
  • 1. A piece of pork neck, washed and dried, rubbed with a mixture of red and black pepper with oil. Covered with chopped onions and garlic.
  • 2. I will not describe how to stuff the meat, you know, I stuffed with thin garlic slices in a mixture of pepper and salt.
  • In both cases, the meat was left to marinate overnight, or less, but not less than 1 hour.
  • The sleeve was not used contrary to various recipes and advice.
  • I put the meat in the bowl MV Element FWA 01 PB El, added (in the first version lingonberries, in the second cranberries), granulated sugar, seasonings, spices, salt, dried prunes and truffles (you can add seasonings, spices and spices to your taste and habits).
  • Fried the meat on the "Frying" mode, turning - 20 minutes, with the lid open.
  • I closed the lid and cooked on the Stew mode for 30 minutes, turned the meat over and added another 35 minutes.
  • The meat is juicy, tender, in a sauce of juice and spices.
  • In the version with stuffed meat, overlaid it with potatoes, after frying.

In both versions, it turns out delicious. In the first version, it is less salty, because not meat is not stuffed.
If the meat is frozen or a piece of more than 1 kg. (I had 800-900 g), then the cooking time and ingredients must be added.

My comparative analysis with grating, stuffing and adding potatoes, in both variants: the meat tastes excellent. If you leave the meat in the resulting sauce, then after a couple of hours or the next day, it is even more aromatic.
Personally, I liked it better with lingonberries. Mine really liked the potatoes cooked like that.
