And even in spite of the terrible, small and liquid caviar, which barely scraped 5 teaspoons in a jar (well, at least it was smart enough to take 50 g less sour cream, otherwise there would be no caviar in the total mass), the sauce is still simple awesome. I also shook to add caviar to the sauce.
In spite of everything, it turned out very tasty. At first, as soon as everything in the grinder was ground, it was liquid. But in the refrigerator it slightly thickened and became just right. And caviar or fish (whoever wanted what) was added to the sauce already on the pancake
