Ingredients

Milk 500 ml
Cherry flour 25 g
Wheat flour 200 g
Egg 2 pcs
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Salt pinch
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

      • Bring the milk to a boil, pour in the bird cherry flour, stir and leave for 30 minutes.
      • Mix all ingredients except vegetable oil and beat in a blender on high speed.
      • Let the dough stand for 15 minutes, add vegetable oil and bake in a well-heated skillet. I baked in Tefalka, on a panel with 6 small pancakes, but you can also bake in a larger pan.
