Delicious dish. When I cooked for the first time, I was afraid that the sauce would curl up, then that my husband would not eat it, but when I brought it to the table, all doubts were dispelled, I really liked it, the children would be happy, but my husband purred like a well-fed cat and praised sauce, even asked to cook this for meat more often! To say that I am satisfied with both the meat and the sauce is to say nothing, I am simply delighted with the gastronomic. For those who are not afraid of experiments, I highly recommend trying to cook!
I almost forgot, I don't buy orange juice, but I crush myself from oranges, 200 ml. comes out of 3-4 oranges.
