breadcrumbs 4-5 st. l.

lemon juice 140 ml.
salt taste
hot red pepper 1 tsp
oregano (dried) 1 tsp
garlic 2-3 tooth.

Cooking method

Tina, I prepared the shins today)). They made me ambivalent. The idea is generally cool, because of the bread crumbs they turn out to be very juicy. Just super! But the marinade itself is just not very good for me, the lemon somehow did not go)). And my husband really liked it. And it so rarely happens when he praises something. Yes, the breading has disappeared somewhere, the crust did not work out. But the shins themselves remained very juicy, I repeat. Therefore, next time I will slightly change the marinade, reduce the lemon juice, and leave the rest according to the recipe, since it is actually quick and tasty !!!

Tina, yesterday baked the shins again. This time they were crispy, nothing got wet. Very tasty, homemade check out. Marinade made sour cream + mustard + ketchup + garlic.
