Soy sauce 75 ml
Honey (liquid) 1.5 tbsp. l.
Ketchup 1.5 tbsp. l.
Garlic 2 tooth.

Cooking method

These are our favorite wings, which I cook according to this recipe, copied into a notebook, I don't remember how many years. I was very surprised that such a recipe with such proportions is not here. As I said before, I usually cook the wings in two different marinades and bake them on one baking sheet. So these wings are an exception - I always cook them a whole baking sheet

Delicious wings! I bake a grill gas in a frying pan. In the same marinade, if you add vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l and a little mustard, you get tender and juicy chicken files. Whether for a salad or for a sandwich. Bon appetit, everyone!
